In a period of only TWO WEEKS, I was injected with 10 vials of filler, including 6 vials of Voluma. Any experienced injector knows Voluma takes time to settle, yet more filler continued to be added before the previous product had even integrated into the tissue. This was my first time getting filler so I was unaware of the danger and was reassured I needed it. The end result was an overfilled, unnatural appearance along with hardness, migration, swelling, asymmetry, and significant issues in my chin and cheeks that I am now having to dissolve. It took months for the issues to arise but they did. What concerns me most is that when I reached out to the injector because I knew something was wrong, I was not offered prompt help or urgent follow-up care. I waited weeks while the situation worsened and ultimately due to the swelling had to seek help elsewhere. More reputable and experienced injectors typically take complications seriously and bring patients in immediately to assess concerns. I had to undergo multiple rounds of dissolver to correct the damage caused by excessive filler placement in a very short amount of time. Please research carefully, get second opinions, and keep track of how much filler and exactly what type of filler is being placed in your face over time. I wish I had.

I left them a voicemail after trying everything. These people still charged me full price as a no-call no-show and claimed I didn't leave any voicemail. I told them I couldn't access my account they created and volunteered to come in an show them my recent calls; they said I was not a member and that the person who created the account no longer works there. However, they still had my info on their system and offered to give me points to the account I can't access and "they can't make appointment changes to" Please do yourselves a favor and not create any form of account with them that involves any financial info.

They closed their Charleston location where we went frequently but refuse to take care of members. I will be speaking with ME corporate about this type of behavior. Absolutely disgusted. There is NO way I would give my credit card out over the phone. We have a long standing membership - any info needed can be found on that account. She couldn't find my account with my phone number and then couldn't find it with my name - WTH!! I know the owners - I cannot believe they allow their employees to run of good, loyal customers.
