The lady giving us the tour said they just finished mopping (which is why the mop was left in the hall). It doesn't make sense to mop with chemicals where toddlers are laying, while they're asleep. The lady that gave us the tour was sweet. The director, Lisa, has a nasty attitude and was very unwelcoming. We decided this isn't the best place to send our daughter.

From classroom cleanliness, rude teachers specifically Ms. Pam, directors that blatantly lie about a person being fired for neglecting to change my child for hours multiple times. One of my twins was hurt twice and no one could tell me how, when, or what happened. Along with one incident being brought to my attention at least an hour after it happened. My child had the appearance of having an allergic reaction and no one made it a point to call. I actively noticed one teacher berating one of sons as if he was her own child. They were completely uncomfortable in this facility. This facility also did not request shot records. So I wanted to include corporate for a formal complaint and please stop all requests for payment to this horrific place.
