Most of the staff at Nanny's have worked there for over 5 years and some have made it their career. What is really special is the facility as well as the staff. With their very own cafeteria it teaches children to line up and prepares them for how they will have to behave when it is time for them to go to school. They have plenty of extracurricular activities to keep the children busy and even offer swim lessons across the road at the Ft. Sanders gym complex. This was great for us since we didn't really know where to send our boys for swim lessons. The teachers go with the children so we know they are safe and they get to learn valuable things like swimming, soccer, gymnastics, music, and ballet. They were also rated #1 for daycare facilities in Knoxville. How great is that.
