The breathability and stability of the shoe is fantastic! The next best thing to micro fans placed on the interior of the shoe to cool your foot off... :) The app let me check in for in-store pick up... and once I went to the proper area, I don't think I waited more than 30 seconds! But they offered no apology to us or our visibly upset daughter. A manger walked over and offered the same explanation "there's nothing we can do". The manger did not offer us an apology either. This was their fault and they took no accountability, offered no apology, or anything to remedy the situation. Do not take your children to this establishment because they simply do not care.

We were immediately greeted and helped. We were shown an array of selections and taken to try on the jacket. The counter had a breakdown of the patch prices and other upgrades. I paid $560 and I feel that that is a fair price for the quality of the jacket and the upgrades we selected. We will have a longer turn around and that was because we made a custom selection with the full knowledge that it would take an extra week. The only rude interactions I perceived in store, were parents coming in without understanding the prices and snapping at the teenagers' selections and the poor workers. I saw it with my own eyes. Shawn helped us and he was full of price transparency & knowledge. As we made selections, he'd point to the prices on the counter to show me the difference. He also made suggestions on colors and patches that we loved and went with. We all shared a few laughs and honestly, I feel like my daughter and I had so much fun designing her jacket. The property is clean and the area is quiet with just a little bit of noise from the nearby freeway. They also have a nine hole course attached to the range. If you're feeling warmed up want to play a quick round before I heading out. They don't have as many bays as most driving ranges do, but they offer at least 10-15 bays that have Top Tracer technology. Top Tracer balls, allow you to see where your ball went so you can analyze your swing and try to stop yourself from slicing or hooking the ball. It's pretty helpful, especially for people who just started to play. 50-Balls was about $15, but you're better off getting the jumbo bucket for an extra $6 bucks; it's 150 balls. You're going to wanna hit more than 50 balls anyway. There's typically no time limit while hitting, but I could see that changing if the weather stays warm. When we left there was a line of people waiting to hit. The cafe here has beers, seltzers, Gatorade, water and all of the golf range staples. They do offer full meals here too, both breakfast and lunch. Looking to do relax and get fresh air for under $20? Valley Golf Center is a good place to start.
