Fresno location - Mid-week, late morning, 2 customers in the store. I spent more than 30 minutes trying different putter options and browsing irons. From the time I entered the store until I exited not a single employee acknowledged my existence. Not a smile, a gesture or a single word from any of the multiple employees. Were they busy with job related duties? Not unless those duties included occupying unused floor space. I do not recommend roger Dunns anymore. After years of shopping there and spending thousands of dollars they lost a club during a grip change out they would not replace it and would not listen to me. The arrogance of the manager. Devon had no intention of making amends and said it was my fault as their system of rubber bands is sufficient to keep clubs together. A $200 9 iron club will cost them thousands of my money and you should consider shopping elsewhere too. When their arrogance is above customer relations, they've lost their soul. read more

Well.. I felt like I just had a 60min Private lesson at Roger Dunn's . The gentleman I worked with was Flip and he was sooo conscientious and excellent for me to work with as a senior woman who has only been golfing for about 18 months. Very honest and thorough. After watching and getting together stats with my old driver, Flip felt I should consider staying with my original driver vs spend $$ on a new driver... But I really wanted to try some drivers. Flip brought over 5 drivers, one 2022 driver that I was familiar with... and several others that were previous yr models. Between giving me golf tips and some exercises I could do... we kept going back to a driver that was comfortable, more consistent, and adding yardage. Flip said... if I was going to walk out of the store with a driver today... this particular driver would be the one he would recommend in looking at all the stats he collected. It actually was last years model... and was about 3-400$ less than the driver I thought I would possibly purchase today!!! Truly...there was no sales pressure at all!!! Even when I asked if I should get a couple of clubs with new shafts etc... Flip recommended to just stay with what I had. This beats going to a golf demo day hands down!!! The other gentleman at the front counter also was very generous and kind... apologies that I didn't get a name.... But this gentleman was kind and fit me in for my appointment above.. Went in last week to set up a club fitting. Had it today and hit a bunch of new irons. The gentleman helping me was very knowledgeable and spent over a hour with me. Got a club fitting from here a couple weeks ago. Great experience! Lucas was very knowledgeable and patient. Went through many different iron variations until he found the perfect fit for me. A very appealing inventory, several genuinely nice employees; however, policies hidden from buyers. Purchased new irons and driver with promise of 90 days return if not a good fit. Wound up having to resell at a horrible discount due to their misfit. If anything other than stock options are included in fitting, the 90 day warranty is voided. If shafts are shorter or longer this applies as well. Known for lowballing trade ins. I we in recently, called ahead to speak to fitter with full intention on buying iron set. I didn't even get to hit one ball on launch monitor due to a long fitting taking place. There are much better options for purchasing clubs. I vowed 10 years ago to never buy clubs here again and I will drive to Hagen Oaks in Sacramento to get the ( first class customer service) that we golfers deserve when shelling out over a thousand dollars for clubs. First I will say that I have always liked the men working at Roger Dunn's as they usually greet you and are welcoming. I was recently very disappointed as a female golfer when I wanted to get help to purchase an entirely new set of clubs and wasn't given much attention The guy behind the counter late in an afternoon was too busy socializing with a friend to take me seriously when I spoke of customizing and trying out different brands. I think I'm now going to Santa Monica which I hear has a much larger selection Don't underestimate a female golfer when she comes in ready too spend upwards of $1500 dollars. Big mistake! read more

I have bought clubs and had at least 25 new grips put on clubs, at a price of about $15, Yesterday on 5/7/21 i went in to have a new grip put on, there were no prices on the Super Stroke grip. Having never had to pay over $15 i had one put on, i went to pay and the price was $36. They don't put a price tag on the grips, just put it on and then charge you a ridiculous price. Be careful and ask a price, i would never have put on that grip if they had told me they were going to charge $36. I will never walk into that store again to purchase anything. Mac. read more

This is my one stop for all golfing needs when I'm in Fresno. The staff is nice and knowledgeable. The are well equip to get you custom fitted with your clubs. A few years back, I got fitted for some custom VR Blades and with discounts, paid around $800 for clubs that were $1000 at that time. I worked with one of the staff person to determine the best loft and lie that fits with my swing. The whole process took about 45 mins. Depending on what clubs you buy, the average turn around time for custom fitted clubs are 7-10 days. I got mine in about 5 days. I've been back here a number of times to pick up a 3 wood and putter. Great place to try out new golf clubs. Roger Dunn also has an annual sale that takes place during the summer (july or august) and the discounts are quite steep. read more

The sales staff was knowledgeable about the different clubs, and did a great job of fitting me with the proper clubs for my game.
