Tears and errors galore! Basically every single topic they cover as something you avoid from Facebook Marketplace or Craigslist by going with them we experienced negatively with this purchase. You would have thought the worst thing to happen was them dropping the couch off with forecasted rain to no one home outside a week early, however, the worst thing was the sticky, torn up couch, that is covered in hair, leaves, and sawdust?!? Oh and did I mention I had to carry it in with the delivery guy? To his credit I gave him $20 to help me move a futon upstairs quickly. At this point I have no reply from the shop. We paid a couple hundred dollars more than other similar couches to have a shop backing it and that tanked any value we would have had. Skip this company unless you want to pay extra to do more work and have a questionable couch. read more

Found the perfect couch here! And they even delivered on a Saturday at 8 am the day before Christmas. Good price for a basically new couch. Very professional and impressive delivery we're upstairs with a turn and they guys handled it no problem. Only complaint: whatever cleaner they use is very strong and smells like old lady. These guys post one or two pictures of nice couches on craigslist, and then when you get to the store they tell you that they've been sold. That's a shitty business model. Most of these reviews seem fake. The couches they do have smell like wet dog. They're gross. read more

I had a very nice coach I wanted to donate and I found The Good Couch online. I sent them a request and they called to schedule a day to pick it up. on the scheduled day, two people came and moved my VERY heavy couch out of my apartment and down the stairs (it was too long for the elevator). the couch was very heavy and difficult to maneuver, and they kept at it until the job was done. Donated a couch today. When I called, I was told they would only charge a fee if the material was ripped or the leather was torn. I clearly explained that the leather was scratched and he stated that there would not be a fee. When the delivery people arrived, they asked for a $50 removal fee. I recommend donating to GoodWill. read more

This place was an AMAZING find! My daughter needed to furnish her new apartment and we found "The Good Couch" online. They had a great selection of couches in all sizes, plus some armchairs. The couches were all cleaned, repaired, and looking as good as they could which was new in some cases. We picked out a great couch and armchair and they were delivered the same day!
