First, Cae was extremely helpful: knowledgeable, personable and came up with a good solution for me. However, I will say my first impression was off-putting. I walked into the store, and a woman was lying on a couch by the door, working on her computer. She looked up but didn't identify herself, so I was confused - was this the salesperson? Shouldn't she be standing up to greet me? How about sitting up to work, at least? I kind of stood there waiting for acknowledgment until Cae walked up. Anyway, ask for Cae! I didn't end up buying there as I'd read some mixed reviews, but styles and fabrics are lovely, and prices are reasonable. I'd research quality over time and make your own decision. read more

Buyer beware! Joybird sells defective products, voids sale discounts on returns, and hides behind vendor policies instead of taking responsibility. Their warranty services are a total sham, lots of fine print and not super helpful customer service. I've recommended joy bird to so many people and now am embarrassed that I sent them any business. My couch base snapped in half after sitting on it one day and when I reached out about replacing the part with my warranty they left me with half a couch multiple inches taller than the other half and no solution to be found outside of me spending hundreds of dollars for the left half of the couch to be the same height as the right. Their quality is poor and ability to problem solve with customers is also poor. Would not recommend, there are lots of other wonderful furniture companies to pick from. read more

I'm giving this place a five star yes because I love the pretty colors of sofas they have...But mainly because of the service provided by Cae at the Cherry Creek store. We worked with David who was an absolute delight! We had an idea of what we wanted, but weren't totally certain. I fell in love with a GIANT blue couch but was afraid it was too large for our space. David quickly let us know that there were options for us to customize it to fit our space and our needs.
