I've shopped here for years but until now have not submitted a review. I was reminded recently how…read moremuch I like this place. I have difficulty finding shoes that truly fit. Far too often I settled for less than ideal (too narrow, poor arch support, etc.) and suffered the consequences with aching feet, blisters and other irritations. Schuler employs people that actually understand how to measure ones feet and then properly size footwear. As a result I always walk out with shoes or boots that feel great, need no break-in period and look great. They offer a vast selection of quality brands and almost always have what I'm looking for and a perfect fit in stock. I usually wait for a sale and then stock up by buying multiple pairs of footwear. I've also joined their rewards program. Thus, pricing, particularly given the excellent service and quality selection becomes a relative bargain. This store can get busy but never to the point where I felt that I was unacknowledged or conversely felt rushed into making a purchase decision. My father used to say that nothing is more expensive than a cheap pair of shoes. Do your sore, tired, barking dogs a favor and check out Schuler.

Jackson had my scooter for over four months (not during Covid). They said they changed the batteries, but no difference was seen. I was also billed for a trip of which never happened because we picked up the scooter ourselves. They did not tighten up the arms like I specifically asked them to. The receipt that they sent home had no dollar amount, probably because it was a waiver program. A company with integrity would cross their T's and dot their I's and complete the paperwork in its entirety. They don't return my phone calls when I inquire about what work they've actually completed We will never work with them again.

So I decided to look for a pair or two of shoes that combined formality with a comfortable sole. I discovered the OriginalGrands and ZeroGrands on Cole Haan's website. Unsure of proper size and general fit, I ventured out to the Edina store, where I was helped by a wonderful salesperson named Sarah. She helped me find the right size and I chose two pair, neither of which the Edina store had in stock. Sarah ordered them for me (this on a Sunday) and I received them the following Wednesday. Wow, fantastic customer service from start to finish. After some sharpening of my views on what was most comfortable for me, I've ended up with two pair of ZEROGRAND Stitchlite Wingtip Oxfords, which may be the most comfortable "dress" shoes I've ever owned. Many thanks to Cole Haan and many thanks to Sarah. This was as perfect a shopping experience as one could expect.

The first day I arrived at the store at approximately 3:30 pm. There was a sign on the door that read " Be back soon". Today I attempted 2 more visits. At 1:30 pm I attempted and this time a sin on the door says "Be back in 15 minutes." I came back at 2:10 pm and the store is still closed. I waited until 2:35 pm and no one was there- sign still up and doors locked. I tried calling the store 2x and there's not even a voicemail. I like to give the benefit of doubt but this is so very unprofessional. If you're not going to be open as your hours post online and on the door- put a "closed" sign up. My rating is a "0." I will be taking my business to another more available, reputable and professional scrub store.
