I had to return to work when my son turned 4 months, and we started him at a daycare in a very good area. Unfortunately, I felt the daycare just treated my son like a number, and I cried every day that I dropped him off. I knew I had to make a change. THANK GOODNESS we were connected with Teichert Family Child Care. It was truly a God send, just down the street from my home. I was nervous because of my previous experience, but I immediately felt at peace when we met Ms. Zana. Her home is immaculate; the back yard was HUGE with so many toys and the love she had for her kiddos was palpable. I quickly gave her a "yes can you please take us" and the rest is history. Ms. Zana is like my sons second mom. Working five days a week is already hard and Ms. Zana has always made us feel SAFE and worthwhile. Miss Jackie teaches with a rigorous curriculum for each individual student. Because of this, both of my girls are excelling in school and are above grade level. They were both well prepared to start TK not only academically, but socially and emotionally as well. My girls have made life long friends with the other students at Miss Jackie's and is able to get along well with kids of all ages because of how she fosters a positive environment.
