When the Mosaic African Ancestry Network was putting on our Black History Month Happy Hour and Panel event, we had to have them cater. They made our lives to much easier. Sparkle was able to coordinate our options to accommodate our budget and the number of people we were going to have. Chef G sent over the menu choices and it was hard not to choose them all. They did offer to do a tasting so we could choose the best apps for our event. Everything was wonderful! Some how we were able to narrow it down to 4 options. Fried Collard Green Egg Rolls - These were life changing! I never would have thought to put collard greens and smoked turkey in an egg roll.It is the best combination ever. Chef G is changing the game with this one Mini Brisket Stuffed Cornbread Cups - This sweet cornbread with the tender brisket in bbq sauce as a cute little sandwich.
