It's tough to find living arrangements for our parents, but I feel quite comfortable with my mom living here.

My mother has been at Millview for almost a year. She…read morearrived there in May 2018 with several issues due to her not taking her medications and poor nutrition as a result of dementia. She is now doing very well and aside from wanting her car () she has settled in quite well. This is a beautiful facility, the staff is wonderful, and there are plenty of activities to keep her engaged. A bonus is the Montessori school that is connected to the facility so the residents get to interact with the young children. There is a van to take her to medical appointments and residents can sign up for trips to do some shopping and even to go to the Racino in Saratoga! The pricing is very reasonable compared to other facilities we looked at, and is based upon the size of the room the resident selects. I thank the staff for the care they provide!

I used to recommend Albany Med with high marks, no more!!! Oh, and the attending physician never even tried to connect with me for two days after I left several avenues to communicate information. If anyone assures you that they will contact you with any significant updates- they lie. To be fair, I am specifically commenting on D 420's.
