From the first time we met Nick we knew that he would be a best agent to help us to get our first place. Nick was outstanding, he helped us every step of the way threw out the process of buying our first home. We were a virgin/first time home buyers and Nick was right by us. He was always available when we had questions (believe me we had a lots of questions) and he had our best interest. Nick helped us to find a bank that was offering 100% financing with $0 down-Mass Housing. Nick even reminded us to put utilities on our name and advised how to do fastest/correct way. With Nick's excellent knowledge and outstanding customer service our process of buying first home when without any hiccups. Thank you.

Real Estate in Longmeadow MA held an event to meet the Easter bunny and Bluey. After standing out in the rain for an hour we were rushed in with the staff muttering to themselves about how pissed off they were about the event. My daughter was hesitant to go up to the characters but we were continuously shouted at to hurry up. I myself can understand the incredible wait time was stressful for the staff, but the experience itself was awful. It will not be memorable in any way to my child because we probably spent less than a minute in the actual room with the characters. Having no one to help me, I was not even able to get a picture with my own phone because the woman refused to take one of us. I was told to scan a QR code where I will have to dig through hundreds of photos to find a rushed photo of me and my daughter. Standing behind a family, I overheard that this was not the first time the company held this type of event. Needless to say, we won't be back. The company would probably appreciate that since the wait time was ridiculous anyway ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

If anyone's in the market for a realtor, hands down Cuoco & Co!!!

We submitted an offer on a home that she had listed in East Longmeadow on January 20th. It was declined and we went on our way looking for another home. Our agent heard back from her a week later that it was, in fact, accepted. We resubmitted the offer on January 28th. She told our agent it was accepted but wouldn't sign the offer until we had a contract on our house. As soon as we had a contract on our house, we resubmitted the offer on Feb 11th. She told our agent she was sending over the purchase and sale agreement. Later the same day our agent checked in with her regarding the contract and miraculously, there was another offer on the same property in her inbox. On February 14th she came back to us and asked for our final and best offer, which we then submitted. On February 18th we were asked to provide a mortgage payoff statement and proof of funds for the earnest money, which we did. Our agent then received the purchase and sale agreement for signature. She was informed on February 20th that we were doing our home inspection of the property we were purchasing the following morning, February 21st at 9:00AM. We completed the home inspection and paid $750 for it on Friday, February 21st. At 4:00PM that day our agent was informed by the seller's attorney that we did not have a contract and that the bank had approved another buyer. No one can explain how this happened. We had a purchase and sale agreement sent to us, we were given the ok to do the home inspection, we paid deposit money and now our house is sold and we have nowhere to move to. My children are devastated. They had picked out paint colors and flooring for their new rooms, the neighborhood we were moving to is where all their friends live. Appliances had been picked out and I have already contracted a moving company because we were told closing had to be on or before March 13th. Denise DeSellier has cost my family money, time and mental anguish. I have never had such a bad experience and I know of other families she has done the same or similar to in the last month. I will be filing formal complaints with the MA department of professional licensure, the Realtors Association of Pioneer Valley and posting this review on all sites available. She should not only lose her license to practice real estate in MA, CT and FL but compensate those families she has done this to. I would advise anyone to NOT do business with her. Do not buy into her commercials, she pays to be endorsed by Barbara Corcoran.
