About December my neighbor said he saw them at our house. I assumed they were not coming. I followed up a few weeks later. They said they left a message for me explaining they under bid the job and it was more complicated then they expected. Our boundaries with our neighbors overlapped. We never received this message. It's unprofessional. They are clearly under staffed. The woman I finally spoke to was very brash. It took an additional couple days to actually speak to this person. We then asked if we could get some sort of idea where we could put a bush to be safe and conservative so as to not be on our neighbors property. They said they would get back to us with something and they never did. Unprofessional. Absolutely rude on the phone. Under staffed. I think most of these places are. I was surprised on how terrible this place was communicating with potential customers. Then when they realize they have no interest in the job they are incredibly rude. I think this company should just be called Smith surveying. One guy. Too many jobs. Incompetent. Sad excuse for a business

I made an offer to one of his listings and Paul never got back to us saying (I have received your offer, I will present it to the seller, expect to hear back from me etc..) because in a profesional world of a sales person it is what you do, I should know, I have been a sales agent before. After I took the initiative to contact the office and numerous other people in this office, Paul finally got back to my sales agent with the response of "sorry I didn't get back to you yesterday( which was when the offer expired) I had such a busy day, anyway we received an much higher offer for this property" If anyone would like to see a house listed by this guy, I suggest you go through the seller because Paul is only working in his best interest not the sellers. It is the law that he should present all offers to the seller. I still don't know if he ever presented the offer to the seller

I show up to view the unit, their agent Carol met with me in person told me the unit was available "right now." So I jump on it providing proof of income offering 6 months pay in advance and also had a co-signer with strong credit. Carol was responsive through text until i spent my $50 on the application and she stopped answering my texts and calls. Extremely shady and unprofessional. My issue isn't whether or not I got the unit, life happens. My issue is how disrespectful they where. You don't collect applications for a fee and then ghost, no updates, no correspondence. If I hadn't seen the unit with my own two eyes I would've swore it was a scam.

Kevin and his entire staff; receptionists to the maintenance team were always polite, entirely helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. It was a pleasure renting from him and it was not until he sold the property that I could TRULY appreciate his complete professionalism, his integrity and his entire demeanor in general. Knight Realty owns many properties and I know he's a very busy guy yet weekly he would personally walk the property to assure that everything was running smoothly. He interacted with the tenants in seeking a quick resolve to ANY issues. His presence showed his care and concern for both the well being of his property and his tenants. Kevin personally and quickly returns phone calls and I can say in all sincerity that in the 8 years I rented from him I never had any issues outside of the normal occasional clogged sink etc and they were always handled quickly and professionally. Knight Realty made regular visits to the property and maintenance personally checked and changed the batteries in smoke detectors, they assisted in putting in and removing air conditioners , they replaced any torn blinds, kept the grounds beautifully maintained with flowers and bushes, walk ways and stairs were always clean n clear during inclement weather. I could go on n on really with compliments and kudos but I hope you get my point. If you are looking for an honest, decent realtor who exhibits honor and integrity this is the place to go! I would rent from Kevin again in a beat and I have recommended him to others several times. In a big city it's very difficult to find a land lord who exhibits the qualities of this agency and they will always get a 5 review from me. Real Estate in Longmeadow MA held an event to meet the Easter bunny and Bluey. After standing out in the rain for an hour we were rushed in with the staff muttering to themselves about how pissed off they were about the event. My daughter was hesitant to go up to the characters but we were continuously shouted at to hurry up. I myself can understand the incredible wait time was stressful for the staff, but the experience itself was awful. It will not be memorable in any way to my child because we probably spent less than a minute in the actual room with the characters. Having no one to help me, I was not even able to get a picture with my own phone because the woman refused to take one of us. I was told to scan a QR code where I will have to dig through hundreds of photos to find a rushed photo of me and my daughter. Standing behind a family, I overheard that this was not the first time the company held this type of event. Needless to say, we won't be back. The company would probably appreciate that since the wait time was ridiculous anyway ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
