EVERY inch of this home was cleaned, they even wiped the dust off of faux plants we have in our living room. Baseboards, ceiling fans, blinds, and windows were all cleaned. It's the details that matter. When they were done, Jose did a walk through with me to double check that I was satisfied with the cleaning. Otherwise they always did a great job and we valued their work. Elisa seemed very professional. We paid her consistently, and tipped her cleaning ladies pretty well. I even gave them gifts occasionally to show our appreciation. Sometimes I had to cancel last minute. I have chronic illness and recently had a newborn. I always communicated with Elisa nonetheless, which she seemed good about. I noticed in the last couple of months her communication was declining. I'd ask for a date; she'd respond to me a few days later, then a couple of weeks later, and fill me in when she had cancellations last minute. Last month she stopped responding to me altogether and left me hanging which was unlike her. I had a gathering the following day which my house unfortunately wasn't completely clean as I hoped, since her staff NO SHOWED on me. Tried calling her, and she just never responded. I was quoted $300 for this service.I messaged Bryan about the floor and baseboards, since we recently painted the home ourselves, some paint got on the floor and baseboard's and I wanted to know if there was something his crew could do. Bryan reassured me they would use a chemical to get it off and I felt good about it until the day of service, because there was more work than anticipated by his team, they wanted to charge an additional $150. I was okay with the new total $450 since I had the money and I hoped everything that was asked would be handled. After His team Patricia and Henry did an amazing job with the job, My only complaint was that they did not get the paint off the floor or baseboards in my living room. I noticed the floor was mopped and the the baseboards wiped but the paint was there still. I messaged Bryan to let him know this happened and was curious why they did not get the paint off especially since I paid an additional $150 for that. After some exchanged messages , he did call me to let me know that they did use the chemical to remove the paint from the bathroom baseboard but some paint was lifting from the wall and they did not want to damage the baseboard, floor or wall. Though I appreciate the call and explanation, the other area such as the floor and living room baseboards, I found I was able to scratch it off. His team did not seem prepared upon arrival when I showed them the areas I wanted focus on. I felt that there was lack of communication on Bryan end with them about the paint. I also did not like him messaging to tip the staff( I did tip them since they did a great job with everything else ) but If Im paying for a service, there shouldn't be any expectation for tips. I feel that for the future of this company, they should see the property or at least get pictures before giving a flat rate price and also letting the customer know in advance that if they ask about paint removal or any additional work, prior to the day of service , they should be notified of additional costs. Overall the job is for the larger areas are done. Bryan crew, Patricia and Henry did a great job getting the place cleaned. Bryan is quick to respond, good communication, I was able to use Zelle and I did appreciate the phone call to explain what happened with the service.
