    Greek Salad perfection!
    Suzy B.

I was at the Jersey Shore outlets and checked Yelp for "best greek salad near me". Yup, Yelp nailed it. This greek salad was fresh and delicious and exactly what i was looking for. I also ordered a side of Tzatziki and it was one of the best i've had ... no joke. this place is legit and I will definitely be back!

Top notch, delicious, very generous portions. Got the chicken souvlaki platter and lentil soup (which was a surprise favorite).

As someone who loves Greek food, I always have high expectations. This spot was awesome! Not only did the food get delivered hot and ready to eat, but the portions were out of this world. So many leftovers which is always a nice bonus!

Great tasting, fresh food prepared like Yaiyai made it! Friendly, fast service and fair prices! It should be on your "go/to" list. The ambiance is simple but nice enough for lunch or a casual dinner. Cannot recommend it enough!

THE BEST! Best best best Greek food I've ever had! Found this place on yelp while visiting the area and it was beyond expectations! The service was beyond amazing from beginning to end! The ambiance absolutely gorgeous! Everything was just amazing! Everything fresh made to order and I can't say enough good about it!

One of my go to spots when visiting the area. I love being served in to-go tins. Just makes it easier. They give you enough food for 2 meals. My gyro is on point and the house salad is so good. My wife's Pastichio was very good. Her choice of side was the lemon soup. Tasted just like my mom's. Finally the dessert Galaktobureko is made fresh everyday. How you can ignore this spot, I don't know how. One of the best Greek spots in NJ. Having a Greek market inside is a nice touch.

Met a friend for lunch. 3 pleasant ladies were at the counter taking orders. I wasn't sure what I wanted as it smelled so good in there. I finally decided on the chicken souvlaki platter. It was too much food and can certainly do two meals for me anyway. Maybe three! Chicken was juicy and fries were cooked well. Took it home for a snack later. My friend had the lamb which was the special and he enjoyed it. Ate it all. Next time I'm in town, this will be a spot I keep on my list.

We came in for dinner over the weekend; we were surprised that the dishes were served in tin containers and on plastic trays. We have been to the location in Red Bank, which is more of a restaurant, but this is more of a * takeout * stop with picnic tables outside; grab a seat inside/ outside and self-serve everything in between. We didn't realize these two locations were night and day for a weekend date night. When you arrive, you order from the cashier and pick up your food at the other end of the counter when they call your name. It was our first time at this location & we were looking around for utensils. ( plastic available) There weren't any plates, and we ate from our trays and tins. In addition, unlike the restaurant, they do not serve fried zucchini. It was very apparent that they knew their regular customers, and even though we were stopping in for the first time, we got mediocre greetings and poor service.

This is hands down our favorite spot to eat. I would gladly drive an hour for the Loukaniko alone. Prices are reasonable and the food never takes too long to come out. My go to order is the Loukaniko pita with spicy feta and Taziki. The Greek fries are definitely something to write home about as well. Can't recommend this place enough!

Greek chicken salad was super bland. Not much seasoning on the salad. The chicken was dry, no shade to put on it to st least make it moist.

She recommended Cardinal Provisions, which had a great menu, so onward we went. It was perhaps major hubris on my end to show up at 11am and not expect a 1.5 hour wait. Well, we put our names down and took a walk to the Boardwalk. We ended up heading back a little before the 1.5 hour mark because the website where I was tracking our progress on the waitlist stopped working. We were seated at an outside table, but it was way too sunny, so I asked to be moved. They were able to accommodate us within 10-15 minutes. My mom and I opted to split two dishes, because neither of us could decide on what to order. We had the Cacio e Pepe Scrambled Eggs with breakfast sausage and garlic toast, and the Blueberry Skillet Cake with blueberry salted honey butter. First of all, our waiter did warn us that the skillet cake was huge, but we still wanted it anyways. It was, indeed, huge. But so good. Like a fluffy cake. The Cacio e Pepe eggs were phenomenal and I need to figure out how to make these at home. Service was attentive without being overbearing and we were never rushed. I think coming after 1pm is definitely the best time, since there were significantly less people waiting.

We were seated right away on a Thursday afternoon on their front sidewalk patio. I ended up ordering the Green Machine bowl (normally vegan and gluten free) but added grilled chicken to it. It was delicious! A combo of roasted broccoli, warm lentils, parsley pesto, avocado, and marinated kale. Everything was cooked perfectly, and while this is basically something I make on rotation at home, I loved the pesto sauce and will definitely be trying to replicate that on my own. Perfect lunch that left my full and not even a little sluggish. They do have a few drinks on the menu like kombucha, cold brew, and sodas, but if you are looking for anything more than that in the coffee arena, you'll need to pop by a neighboring cafe afterwards. Service was friendly but not too fast. It was a busy day and we were in no rush, so we didn't mind. All in all, a great place for a delicious brunch.

When I walked into the restaurant, there were 6 people standing ahead of us at the hostess stand. Tables were emptying out but no one even acknowledged our existence for - no exaggeration- 15 minutes. We made conversation with the people around us that it was almost comical that no one even said they'd be with us in a moment. It was odd and we almost left and walked to The Buttered Biscuit down the street, but we stuck it out. Once we were seated we were given a tiny placard to scan the menu with our phones. Service after being seated was surprisingly consistent after our long wait time to be seated with no acknowledgment from staff. I have a gluten allergy and the online menu did not have specific information showing what was GF or GFA. When I asked the sever about it she rattled off some GF options but of course I couldn't remember all of them, having them marked on the menu would be so helpful. I ordered the Birria Omelette but chose to have the tortilla strips on the side since they were in a shared fryer. The dressing for the side salad was light and tangy. The omelette was supposed to be French style but wasn't creamy in the middle. Birria meat was tender and kind of overwhelmed the overall taste of the omelette. I also had an iced decaf mocha latte and it was good, not too sweet and pretty much coffee flavored chocolate milk. My dining companion had the classic French toast, which looked delicious and he really enjoyed it but I didn't taste it because "gluten." Ambiance is really nice, tables are well spaced and the restaurant is well decorated. Not sure if I'll be back but glad I tried it!
