We reached out about 7 months before our scheduled move from San Francisco to New Zealand and Starwood engaged with us right away - they sent us plenty of resources to get us started then worked with us to set up our plan, timeline and kept us on track. Permits, flights, vet visits, quarantine, certificates - there's a lot. They did all the heavy lifting and told us exactly what we needed to do at every step. Rosie was always very responsive and kept us informed as each stage progressed. We trusted their extensive experience and knew we were in great hands. The big day finally came, our cat was picked up, and loaded onto the plane, after a brief quarantine in New Zealand, we were reunited and couldn't be happier. My pup is a Bichon and is meant to be fluffy and curly. She did have some matting on her ears and her neck but nothing that other groomers weren't able to get out. Instead of taking the time to work on her, Jen just decided to completely shave her! And I mean completely shave her! This will now take months and months to grow my pups hair back! I would not recommend this groomer to anyone who has a small dog that likes them to look as they intend for their breed!

The owner, Leon, didn't even know the employees name 'they call her Keke'. My advise to A Better Care 4 Your Pets is don't expand to other markets if you don't know who you are employing.
