Electric Lettuce seems to have a policy to never throw any edible products out, no matter how old they are, and sell them to you at full price. This is the second time I've bought some Serra branded Passion Fruit gummies from this location where the product was rock hard and discolored(I've bought this product many times from Serra on Belmont and know what "normal" is). With this latest purchase I checked the manufacture date and it was well over a year old. When I tried to return it, they said they can't take returns. When I asked if I'm able to inspect the product before buying in the future they said that's not allowed legally. Which means they can sell you spoiled garbage that they were too cheap to throw out, and you can't get your money back. Ultimately that means purchases of edibles in Oregon boils down to trust. And now I wouldn't trust Electric Lettuce nor probably any company under the Groundwork's umbrella anymore. read more

HORRIBLE OLD PRODUCTS Bought a pack of pre rolls and the harvest date was 2 almost 3 years old!!! Called the store and they said there's nothing they can do. Loved this store and staff but will not be going back. don't waste your money on old product here!!! read more

They have a good selection. Their staff are fine - chipper. But everything I shop for can be found MUCH cheaper at other stores. I'm tired of business owners thinking they can charge 50% in slightly nicer neighborhoods. read more

I absolutely love this dispensary. 99% of the staff is absolutely wonderful. The product selection is spectacular. Quality is spot on. I would say this is just the most wonderful place with one exception. I'm not sure if they are manager, but there is one employee who is beyond condescending and rude. I don't know their name, they spends most the time in the back, running out to try and correct employees for doing their job properly or try and intimidate customers. I was told multiple times that whoever put my information in the computer did it wrong now this has been ongoing problem for over a year about a month ago the incredibly wonderful bud tender, who we worked with fixed everything in front of them and they said very condescendingly to them "This is how you do it." The last three times after that I went in they looked at me and very rudely said "It was wrong" and that they fix it. Well the very last time I went in again it was wrong and I looked at them and said, but you're the one who fixed it the last two times and I was met with nothing but rudeness and "it's fixed" with an incredibly fake smile. I personally don't know if I'll be coming back in, my caretaker will but I can't mentally handle how rude this person is. I honestly do feel bad for the other bed tenders, as we've witnessed how rude they are to them. I generally only write reviews that are incredibly positive or to point out the fact that some human should not be in customer service. For reference they have dark hair, they wear it in princess Leah buns often. read more
