Every budtender I've seen at this location is dead eyed and monotone. There was a guy last time I was here, short and hideous hat with patchy beard combo (but I'm sure that applies to several of their employees), that I hated every moment I had to interact with. After he finished with ringing me out he scoffed at his coworker for asking a question about a pick up delivery. He seemed pretty new and significantly less dead eyed than the guy who helped me, so props to him.

NO ONE uses this system any more. After 15 minutes I was allowed in. The budtender was very busy emptying his tip jar. He asked what I wanted and I told him I ordered online. He proceeded to tell me that their online system is not working and did I have a picture of what I wanted. WHAT? I told him the name of one of the ones I ordered. He didn't check anything, just told me they didn't have it. So, I was rudely treated, waited for nothing and went home empty handed. The absolute worst experience in a dispensary I have ever had. There are many dispensaries in the Portland area that offer friendly, helpful service and actually have an accurate menu and a way to order on-line. RUN from this place unless you want a repeat of my experience.
