And now, about the coffee. If you're hoping the drinks taste as good as the trolly is unique, you won't be disappointed! A dirty chai with almond milk is my drink of choice and I usually judge a coffee shop by how well they can make it. I think Chiaro has the best dirty chai I've ever tasted. It was phenomenal! The owners shared that they make their own mix in-house with real spices (not a syrup or a powder) which took them 9 months to perfect. You can taste the difference in the detail and effort!
