The only reason I'm doing this review is because I genuinely like this place, but I'm kinda tired of getting crappy drinks lately. So maybe this might catapult a change? If you ask a wrong drink to be fixed, you get dirty looks. Or once my drink was taken back from me in my car and when it was given back to me I expected a whole new drink. I have no idea what was done to the ton of ice I asked to be thinned out but they also dug out over half of my boba that I paid extra for. I think that was spiteful b/c the girl literally rolled her eyes at me when I told her I asked for ez ice. I think the staff needs to take some extra time & consider how they would expect someone else to make a drink for them or how they themselves would make a drink for their own family members or friends. read more

I decided to visit Tea2Go while in the area today. This is my second time here and each time I am surprised at the low quality of the drinks and the high prices. I paid $12 for two 32oz teas. I got the peach blossom with the recommended lemon sugar. This drink tastes great but the aftertaste tastes like CIGARETTES!!! It makes drinking it pretty much unbearable. I also got the peach cobbler, this one was good but way way too sweet in an artificial way. The last time I came, I wasn't impressed but this visit pretty much ensured I wouldn't return. The service was good but the quality and price of the drinks just doesn't cut it. read more

I did not get to visit the establishment, but my son bought the bagged tea to make at home, and Omg, the Blueberry GreenTea was soooooo amazingly delicious!!! The loose leaf tea bags are quite full of beautiful tiny tea leaves!! My son lives in Odessa, TX, however I live in Florida and quickly searchdd es and found that there is an establishment 40 min from me, and I will definitely be making the drive!! The Peach Tea, is a little bland for me, let the tea bag steep waaaay over the time limit, and brewed a second pot, but still a little bland, but great peach aroma! Will be making the trek to Lakeland, needs to try the Horchata Iced coffee read more

Great place. Clean, bright, good products, and wonderful staff. Inside is a comfortable area for hanging around. There is a large wall display with all of the various teas to smell samples of. I really appreciate the affordable gallon containers of prepare tea. The large self service area with several teas is very convenient. The counter has a lot of options for tea. The drive through is also a nice feature. I always pass by this place when I am in town. read more

Delicious tea!! The only thing I don't like is that I like to get the blue lagoon but it takes a while for them to make the blueberry tea or something. It's what they always tell me when I go. I posted almost a year ago about this place and had to come back and revise. So this is a franchise business and is absolutely 100% different from the Lubbock and any other locations I've visited. The drink quality and service quality are both significantly worse. I became a regular for a while and that made employees comfortable with me and therefore I received poor service and began to see all of the sub par habits. The price was different every visit and it got ridiculous. A $6 drink is already expensive, but it would be 8, 9, 11 sometimes if I requested a couple of extra items pumps of flavor. I never have to do this in Lubbock, so i began to wonder if the mix was being diluted or why it tasted so much weaker. I requested a call from the owner multiple times and finally got one. It was not what would be expected from a business owner that cares about customer service. There was no asking what was going on or what could be done better. I was accused and criticized. Avoid the two midland locations at all cost. I went in every time and saw the lack of cleanliness. After managing multiple restaurants and bars in different cities I know what is acceptable and what is not. Trust me this entire business from owner to employee is not what any food service industry should look or act like. read more

I live in Midland Tx and i work in Odessa Tx. I have gotten unsweet green teas from H tea O from those locations. I can tell you that Tea2Go, beats H tea O, hands down. The tea has a stronger flavor from Tea2Go. read more

Accidentally found this place the other day . So glad we did . First impression is it is really clean, cute and inviting. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. We tried the peach ring with boba, sour worm and bahama momma . They were all very good and were very reasonably priced. I was suprised to see how many unique options they had as well . This is our new favorite place to get refreshing drinks. read more

The assortments of teas are vast and amazing. I was a bit overwhelmed and the manager was so helpful and friendly. They also have a great snack assortment. We went on a night that they had a live band playing. Although there really weren't enough seats, we all had a great time. It's great that they support local music. read more

Love the sweet coconut tea, all of the tea bar flavors are good. If I drive thru I always ask for Light ice bc they over fill the ice if I don't. I've tried several of the energy drinks, the flavor is good but they are so syrupy/ sugary that I think the tea bar drink are better. read more

A breath of fresh air and a wonderful selection of iced teas!! They offer several hot tea selections and a fabulous atmosphere to lounge in. I have it on good authority that 3 years ago they were interested in the Wall Street Lofts retail space but the owners of the building wouldn't work with them at all. We live at the Lofts for the time being until our new townhome at Sandstone Crossing is complete. Believe me they would have been a welcome addition since nothing else is in the retail space! We drive from downtown to Tea 2 Go's location off of holiday hill and it's well worth it!! Didn't know about the live music! A few more snack selections would be great and I see they shortened their hours in the evening.. Hopefully that's only due to the shortened daylight time! read more

Salvation=44 ounces of ice cold tea on a hot Midland afternoon. Tea2Go is my savior. The air inside the shop is crisp and cool, lightly scented with refreshing tea leaf scents. The tasting station is fun and allows me to pick the exact tea combination I'm desiring. I actually don't live in Midland, but whenever I'm here, I make a stop for my tea fix every day that I can. Great tea and service for the most part, however lately when i've been able to go i over hear some workers and i only collected one name... kaitlyn?... speaking poorly of others including coworkers and not very lady like. it made me quite upset and if i go back i will just have to go thru the drive thru because i doubt anyone for that matter wants to be around a hostile environment where an employee has a bad attitude and from the looks of it nasty and ugly attitude towards coworkers and customers. read more

the staff doesnt wear masks and they drink tea where they prep the drinks. no gloves used and dont wash hands between handling customers cards. they are nice though. read more

This place is amazing ! The owner is so kind also - love her story. They have so many original different combinations of tea. Their white tea selection is so tasty - I've only tried their white teas thus far. They have different options for sugar, white, honey, agave, etc. sometimes when I ask for a small, they charge me and give me a large so I'm not sure if it's just one size ? Either way it's delicious. They have endless amounts of tea flavors and some power/energy teas to try. They also have cold tea and tea already in gallons ready for you to purchase. This place is ADORABLE on the inside. It's never too packed and quite spacious so I find it a nice place to get away. They also have a kid corner. Also, during the Holidays they had Cindy Lou-Hoo and The Grinch come by in their Grinchmobile where the kiddos could have cookies and take photos with. I'll post those soon. We received very poor customer service here today! Very disappointed as we frequently stop here for drinks. I ordered four lemonades for my kids with flavored syrups and tea for myself. We were told that they had to make more lemonade and that it would take ten minutes so they asked me to pull up front and park. No big deal...So we waited ten minutes and a girl comes out with no drinks in hand, saying they are out of lemonade. That took ten minutes to figure out apparently. So I asked for a refund for the lemonades. She then tells me that I would need to come into the store for a refund. I explained that it was an inconvenience because I have four children in the car that I did not want to have to get out. So instead of helping me she said I would have to get back in the drive thru, which makes no sense because all she needed was the receipt to do the refund. So I get back in the drive thru and wait another 10+ minutes in line. I hand her the receipt and she refunds EVERYTHING, instead of just the four lemonades, so I have to PAY AGAIN for my tea. She did not offer to comp anything for the inconvenience, wasted time and aggravation. It's a tea shop for God's sake. How hard can it be?! read more
