She explained to me that she didn't want to make another batch because it would go to waste. I then ordered an Americano instead. It was 2 pm and I asked the barista at what time they closed. She told me that at 3 pm. I totally understand that if she was closing in an hour, it didn't make sense to make a batch. However, the correct thing would have been for her to tell me that they didn't have their house coffee and offered me an Americano for the same price. The coffee was good, the cafe is a very relaxing place with several outdoor tables overlooking the park.
