The floor was littered with trash, and none of the tables we're wiped inside or outside. During the 20 or so minutes we were there customers came and went. Even though there was a little down time no one wiped tables or swept. There were three employees there and they all prepared our orders. When we left about 45 minutes later, a lot of previously occupied tables still had dirty dishes on them (but not all of them), and nobody was cleaning them up. Just like when we got here, there were lots of tables ready to go and yet the lobby was full of people waiting to be seated and even more people waiting outside.
