Place doesn't deserve even 1 star, my last review got deleted. There was absolutely no reason my Pomeranian should've been shaved down, apart from that they harmed his anal glands it took a full year or so to get him to pass bowel properly although he struggles from time to time. This place is horrible, hard to believe there's honest good reviews since everyone I meet complains about how horrible this place is, wouldn't be surprised the good reviews are from friends and family of workers/owner. Before and after pics of my dog who got really sick for months after his appointment and would not let me go near him after his appointment when I picked him up and it took 6 months for him to feel okay with us showing him a brush or any grooming items. read more

2 hr drive from Pasadena worth every mile!! Met these lovely peeps at Big Bear event recently & loved the family vibe so we decided to make a dentist appt. for our rescued Boxer - 1st dental visit ever. They took their time with her, let her settle in, and did such a great job on her mouth. Since we made such a long trek we opted to have her groomed which they were so willing to accommodate last minute. When she was finished she looked peaceful and smelled SO GOOD! Even got a good recommendation for continued dental care. I searched for places (since there are many) in my area but they were not very personable, not as slow and compassionate and far more expensive. We made the right choice. It definitely was a drive but we got to eat at local restaurant, snag some great coffee at Solo Cafe (definitely get the Spanish latte ) and our girl was a happy sleepy camper on the ride home. If you're looking for a great groomer & dentist, honestly, you won't go wrong here, even if you have to drive a bit. Your fur baby will be pleased. Thank you so much. I would NOT recommend this place. My 13 year old, 14 lb senior dog was "too much for the owner." She hadn't even worked on her for an hour. Called me to pick her up and I was in tears. She cut her down sooo short (never ever has her hair been this short) and left all her chest & face hair. She looked ridiculous. She said my dog needed to be sedated. My dog is regularly groomed and has never had this problem. Had the audacity to charge me $15.00 for the nails being clipped. read more

Thanks Andy for your dedication and perfect grooming skills. My babies don't trust easily and they have had horrible experiences at other high desert shops. Andy is the only groomer I trust with my pitbull, poodle, and shih tzu mixed babies. He has all the love and patience for my babies even on their grumpy days. They always come out flawless and fluffy. He also is very knowledgeable and informs me on what services are needed before proceeding with the groom. This review isn't going to be all bad. I like this place because I Iike supporting small businesses. I'm not sure who cuts my boys hair when I take him in, but she does a good job, I'm very specific at what I want, that's not the problem. There's 2 times already I've taken him and she forgets to cut his nails. It's not on all paws, but it's usually one paw. Now if my boy wasn't cooperating, then when I picked him up she should have let me know and maybe I could have held him well she does it. Sometimes when we go in the one lady is super stressed, and animals can pick up on that. It definitely makes me think twice about bringing him in. read more

Never going again. The owner used to take perfect care of our dog. This last time she claimed she couldn't cut the hair on his face. Made my wife pay. But she was kind enough to take $10 off So we take him to another groomer and our dog was perfect the entire time. And to top it all off they informed us to the quality of the cut over his body. It was very choppy and she didn't even trim his nails. Very unsatisfied with how poorly the was done. And to top it all off she got my google review taken down. So who knows what their true rating should be. To reply to the owner. He has never acted the way you said. We went directly from you to another groomer. They said he was perfect. So to be blunt I do not believe you. And I will not recommend you to anyone. The fact you made us pay for the way you left him is absolutely ridiculous. And it want just his head. Super satisfied with the way they groomed my doberman, he smells so good, his coat is beautiful shiny and i did the deshedding package which I 100% recommend. I did the shed check by rubbing my hand on him 3 times and not once did he shed a single hair, I will be making this my go-to groomer. They did an amazing job with my dog. She was a hairy mess when I brought her in. I had been left hanging after a mobile groomer was a no show. They got my dog an appointment with in the week, and they took such good care of her. She is an older dog and has some health issues and they were wonderful with her.
