We were in today. My Pit/ Pointer had the same eye gunk on his face tonight as when I dropped him off this morning. It cost $30 to just give him a bath, no brushing, no nail trim, and they sent him home damp. The cost of my Shiba / Shepard went up dramatically (1/3 more) from last year and he is more than damp. They did not know my dog's name or what services had been completed when I inquired about the total. I am not sure if they changed staff or owners, or what, but I will be looking for a new groomer. I had been so happy in past seasons.

Since my partner and I both work away from home, we needed someone to let them out daily. We were very picky in the process of picking someone to have access to our new home and to take care of our boys. Sara also shares the same concerns and is fully insured to do so. She came in for a free visit to meet the boys and go over any concerns we had. The entire process from then until now has been nothing but amazing and very professional. Sara goes out of her way to schedule visits at the times we needed. She even came out on a couple hours notice a few times when our other plans fell through. There really isn't anything she wouldn't do to make sure you and your pets are happy. The service for what you pay for is amazing. Sara and her team take our boys outside for a mile or more walk daily and play with them to get all their energy out. She does this rain or shine and our dogs love it. Every once in a while she brings her best dogs along and my two Goldens get to play with friends in the our own yard.
