We usually get seal coating done in the fall but were having out of town guests and thought it would be nice to have the driveway look nice when our company arrived. So agreed to have him come out. He tried coming out 2 times with rain in the forecast and I refused his service. He told me at that time "I stand behind my work if I come out and it rains and washes it away I will come back out and re-do the driveway" On June 14, 15 he call unexpectedly at 2pm said he was in the area and was coming over. We agreed as it was sunny out however we had to leave before he was finished and (my mistake paid him). when we left he was about 3/4's of the way complete. While we were gone a sudden very intense storm came thru our area. We returned home in the rain, to black water running off our driveway as well as splattering on the siding of our home. The next morning I called Ed who said he was booked for the next few days would call back. I mentioned to him I'd like to get it done before our company he said no problem. A few more calls. No appointment scheduled. Until he called when my company was in two for 2 weeks. So I refused him to come out to redo the driveway until they left. Well you probably guess the rest of the story I have left messages at both numbers since the 3rd week in July. Did get a worker to answer once who said he'd give him my message. Also did get him to answer one evening and said "Oh I thought we did that already" and I reminded him of our previous phone calls, he told me "I'll call you next week. I'm going to be in your area" Well by now you can guess I have never heard from him. Last week I called his numbers everyday from my numbers as well as friends numbers to no avail he will not answer his phones. So my advise to anyone is beware he does offer a good price BUT... HE DOES NOT STAND BEHIND HIS WORD -- HE NOT AN HONORABLE BUSINESSMAN. I guess return business and word of mouth referrals are useless to him. He has enough of us suckers out there to just get new clients every season. Wish I could post pictures and his flier!

Also they removed the black edging and replaced them with bricks. They did a beautiful job. A few weeks later I called Eric, the owner, and told him the lilac bush he planted appears dead. He came out and agreed it was dead. He implied that maybe I had not watered it enough even though the other bushes were doing fine. I told him if he would like to see the letter from the Village noting the increase in water usage I'd be glad to show him. He replaced the bush and all was fine until late this spring when the lilac bush, which had leaves and buds, appeared to be dying. I called Eric twice and he did not respond. My husband called and he answered and said he'd come out and take a look at it and let us know. To my knowledge he never did. I texted him requesting if he would just tell me if he was not going to replaced the now dead lilac bush, just let me know. Again no response. The landscaping was not even a year old and the black material landscapers put over the soil before they put the new rocks down is already coming up in places. I would not recommend this company again.
