He was…read morejust nasty and disrespectful because I told him that the toilet wasn't corked properly, which it wasn't. He did sloppy work and had an issue with me asking him to redo it. His first response was to say someone must have sat on the toilet, and I responded and said no one sat on the toilet. Mind you, the water line for the bathroom toilet wasn't even turned on, so why would someone sit on the toilet? Plus, the toilet is still dirty from the work he did. He then said he knew his work, and he does immaculate work or something to that effect, and I told him I took a video of the work he had done, and this is how you left it. After I said that, he told me to stop talking, and I was taken aback when he said that. I told him not to talk to me like that, and then he said if I knew he left it like that, then I didn't need to be talking. It turned into a back and forth, and I told Steven that he needed to take accountability and not try to make it look like I did something to the cork job he did. The negative interaction I had with him was unnecessary because I'm a tenant who lives here, and I should not feel uncomfortable living here because of this incident. I feel that this situation would not have transpired if he hadn't told me to stop talking while also implying that someone in my apartment had messed up the cork by sitting on the toilet, which was not true. I guess he expected to speak to me however he pleased and not get pushback. He was very unprofessional and disrespectful. And when I told him I was going to call the property manager to let him know what was going on, he told me he wasn't scared, no one expects you to be scared. But what's expected of you is to be respectful and professional. While I was on the phone with the property manager, Lawrence, he then decided to rip off a small piece of the cork glue where it was already sloppy and stormed out of the apartment. Like I told Lawrence, I do not want that maintenance guy to ever be sent to my apartment again to fix anything, and I'm calling corporate about his behavior because it was uncalled for, and he was combative.

Vehicles without parking stickers are supposed to park in the visitor's parking area. Certain tenants' guests are allowed to park in residential parking areas with zero consequences.
