The security team passed by twice but was courteous and simply acknowledged us. I've attended several work meetings (oil/energy) in this building pre-pandemic. It's like most downtown class A buildings: clean, well-maintained, and secure lobby. You just need to check in for a visitor's pass. Overall, it's a nice, professional building in a convenient downtown location.

When I requested a downgrade 9 months later, they refused, and are now threatening legal action to get me to continue to pay a monthly service fee at the higher level. They even tried to pull the funds out of my bank account via ACH, after I had revoked their permission to do so, but thankfully my bank has blocked them.
