It's really helpful if you're starting your spring planning. It's nice to be able to plan out a budget knowing what I'll need. The staff was very helpful and can even discuss options with you. They also have lawn services and snow removal. It looks like a full service place. I can't wait to head back here for some sand for the kids (they can even help with how much I need) and some driveway gravel. I was told by the office personnel that it could be an open value that their service guy forgot to close when he did the winterization the year before. She told me that they would not be able to send anyone out until June 28. Of course that was not acceptable. As a loyal customer you would think they could figure out a way to fit me in being at that temperature for the coming week was going up to 80+ degrees. I hung and called Absolute Quality, and they gave me a June 9th appointment. The service guy came out earlier than I was scheduled. Fixed the problem adjusted the sprinkler heads that needs adjustment. Their office personnel was very polite and helpful. I will definitely do business with them again.

I get that sometimes jobs end up being bigger than expected and your service techs either run late or run out of hours of daylight, but the not calling part is what really pisses me off. This company is at our apartment complex. They are very inconsiderate when it comes to personal…read moreproperty of the tenants (cars&trucks). There mowers and blowers blow rocks,leaves dirt and grass onto vehicles. I came home to find my vehicle covered in dirt rocks and leaves. When I confronted them they told me their equipment doesn't do this. My neighbor watched as the lawnmower was blowing the dirt rocks and leaves off of the pavement onto our vehicles. This has gone on all summer in the area where our vehicles are parked. Magically this is never done by their mowers. I guess all this mowing debris just jumps onto the vehicles. We have gone to the property management about this lawn service and are getting more tenants to go and complain to the property manager. I'm sure they are cheap so they get what they pay for unfortunately tenants pay the price with rock chips on our paint and chips in our windshields.

The core aeration was excellent. Overseeding was so poor that I could not find any seeds. I sent…read morean inquiry to make sure it was completed, but I received no response. Communication could be improved. They were very responsive before service, but multiple inquiries have gone unanswered since. Furthermore, on their website they have an option to request emails responses instead of phone calls, but that option appears nonfunctional. They missed the initial estimated date of service by more than two weeks, but that's understandable given the unpredictability of weather. Not understandable, however, was another call to say they would be out the next day. We made arrangements, but they did not show. After requesting an update, we did not receive a return call/email, but they were there the next day. The Service Summary Report had the original date on it (not the date of actual service), which is somewhat disconcerting. Overall, I would not recommend this company. I'm not convinced that the overseeding was completed. Communication is subpar. Documentation is inaccurate. They did a great job on the core aeration though.
