RecNation bought the Anna storage facility a couple of months ago and they have mismanaged the…read moretransition and haven't handled numerous issues including the gate having to be manually operated and a power outage not once but twice. The gate weighs at least 500 pounds and we have to get out and unlock a cheap combo lock and then slide the gate, which is extremely hard because of the weight. I also pay a premium for electricity so I can maintain my batteries on my boat and this is the second time the electricity hasn't worked and this time it's been weeks without resolution. I call and leave messages and no one returns the calls, ever!!! This company sucks and they won't talk to their customers. If you ever do talk to someone it is a person somewhere in Asia with no idea what is going on. And they won't give you information about how to talk with the owners. This company sucks!!!
