At this Penland we had a chance to chat with the two friendly ladies at the counter. We received samples of their slushie drinks so as to make the choice a better one. What is Scuppernong?? One sample was that big juicy Black/Purple skinned grape Muscadine ... that was a winner. We browsed thru the store's wide aisles and finding items there that you know and want. A ton of apples and Penland history backs up this Orchard and Farm market. It will be a return trip in the future for sure.
