I understand warranty work doesn't pay but it really makes a difference when it comes to customer service. Not believing it would go through, I lowered my expectations as I had another order from a competitor cancelled with NO communication. So I waited a total of 5 days. And guess what!? It showed up! I will never do business with them again and would caution others to reconsider. Update- Sterling has agreed to refund my money but needs to do it through the supply chain and Outdoor limited is only offering to refund half of the value of whatever I send back, so I only have hazmat fees plus shipping for a 50% refund?
