Will tell you that they will not take on any jobs if they feel that what is being requested is not safe or if it is not worth the investment on a particular firearm. Again, all part of providing good service and advice to their customers and this has happened to me on several occasions and personally I welcome it every time. Jose Jr. has some of the best gunsmiths in South Florida working for him, one of which is his father who is a master gunsmith and who I affectionately refer to as the "Gun Whisperer". Took in another rifle just before COVID, for a broken trigger. I was charged $65, to be told they couldn't fix it. That should have been a red flag, pun intended. They will take your money, but if you have a problem, they will make up a story to justify their incompetence
