You will always get an honest answer to your questions, even if it's the one you do not want to hear. Will tell you that they will not take on any jobs if they feel that what is being requested is not safe or if it is not worth the investment on a particular firearm. Again, all part of providing good service and advice to their customers and this has happened to me on several occasions and personally I welcome it every time. When the lie is so obvious, you can't believe what you're being told. How could you possibly believe you're lying eyes? I spent $300, to have a $750 rifle stock ruined. They absolutely refused to take responsibility for bedding the action too deep within the stock. End result, not being able to remove the bolt from the rifle without removing the action from the stock. To add insult to injury, the cockamamie story was to fault the design of the GRS Riflestock. Took in another rifle just before COVID, for a broken trigger. I was charged $65, to be told they couldn't fix it. That should have been a red flag, pun intended. They will take your money, but if you have a problem, they will make up a story to justify their incompetence
