She & i went to the Remax office he was working in and after that meeting, i thought he had been listening but going around on previews he piped up & said " i can't work with you cause you'll never qualify for a mortgage ". When i reminded him it was my mother in law that was buying, he still would not work with us. Several days later, went to Raliff reality, their agent was cooperative & we settled weeks later. So in conclusion, Mr Ferrera does not listen to clients, he does not think outside the box, plus he is as arrogant as a cop who just dumped hot coffee in his lap just before he pulled you over. Learn from my experience so history doesn't repeat itself with you in that position.
