My name is Jim Sheaffer and I am the older brother of the previous "reviewer" Nancy Nevins. My sister Nancy has severe mental issues and her review is false in every particular. My brother and I are co-executors on my mother's estate. Nancy had no role in the sale of the house because of her emotional issues, she has no business posting a review since Louise was working on our behalf, not hers. Unfortunately this is typical of her, she was verbally abusive to an employee of the funeral home that cared for Mom, she harassed our lawyer with almost daily phone calls and now she's attacking Louise. Louise deserves none of this. Her performance was nothing less than stellar. My brother and I could not be more pleased with the results she delivered.
