Had a fence at my new house broken because a tree fell on it 2 weeks after I closed. Dean made an…read moreawful situation bearable. They were reasonably priced and came out fairly quick. They finished the job in a few hours, and Dean asked if I had any issues with it, and I mentioned that it did no look great and I would appreciate it if they came back and made it look better. He came out himself about a week later and fixed it so it looked literally as good as new, and made sure I was satisfied before he left. I would 100% recommend to friends and family. Things not going perfectly is common for contractors. Fixing things when they DO go wrong is a lot more uncommon. 5 stars, and Dean is a stand up guy.

This person is dishonest. Made believe he was a professional. Did not remove the old roof, just…read moreadded a layer after promising he would remove the original layers. No felt, no drip edge etc. Then he sent us fake photos showing him doing it. We hired a roofer to inspect it and found That he had lied. He then asked for more money because he was broke. We paid him and he never showed up for weeks, and then we he did he sent us additional fake photos of him doing the job, but they were from an entirely different job. We had a third party roofer inspect and found that he was lying again. We fired him and reported him to consumer affairs and have begun an insurance claim. He is slick and I would definitely avoid using him for anything.

Instead of ripping the roof as they were contracted to do, they lazily laid over the existing roof, making matters worse. Their tardiness was just the cherry on top of this disaster.
