From the start, I had a great experience. Randy and his wife came to take a look at the area I wanted painted, and within 24 hours had provided a quote that I felt was both fair and affordable. They got to work soon afterwards. Throughout the process, they kept me informed of their progress, what they would be working on and when, and any other updates. I was impressed that they gave me a timing estimate at the start of the work and stuck to it. In addition to being professional and knowledgeable, they were kind and collaborative, talking me through certain decisions and giving me good advice about color options, sheen, doubts or questions I had, etc. I felt comfortable knowing that they understood the vision I had for my space and that they would bring it to life (which they did!). I could tell they cared about providing great service as well. For instance, Randy went above and beyond to find a very specific, high-quality paint for my cabinets that was hard to come by but would end up with a better, more durable and long-lasting finish. He ended up driving several hours to buy it from a supplier that was out of town, just to ensure it wouldn't be damaged by the cold weather which was a risk if it was shipped. I love the way the finished results look--it's exactly what I had hoped for. I can tell the work they did was great, and they paid attention to so many small details. After listening and asking some questions, he made several suggestions on style and placement which were great and incorporated into the project. His estimate arrived by email the next day and was in the range we expected but lower than others Weather delayed the start of the project but when it was started this group worked quickly. Set up on day 1 and concrete work on day 2. Matt and his crew worked like a well oiled machine. During the pour and finishing Matt made several suggestions on changes that we accepted and they made our project even better. When they finished the work area was cleaned up and the trash bagged up. At the end, even though there some changes made, his project estimate was the complete charge. We've had concrete work done before and this is by far the best! hired this company in April 2023 for a job to be completed in 30 days. took a large deposit and…read moreshowed up end of June to do job and then again in July and never came back. reached out numerous times and never fully got an answer on completion or even showing back up. told me that he was busy and didn't only work for just me. i totally understand that he could have other jobs but never once an explanation or an answer. then i had to hire someone else to do the job and the wood that Troy Clark ordered for my job was all the wrong size wood and the posts he did put in were obviously used cause they were starting to rot. i have asked him numerous times to come to an agreement to get my deposit back and of course he will not answer that. told me to have my lawyer call him. the wood that was here i had to pay to have picked up and purchase the correct stuff. not only did he ruin my summer months of leaving my home open to all the elements he also left my backyard unsafe for many months with the huge beam up in the air. i do not recommend this company on so many reasons.

The work quality and attention to detail was amazing. They use a vacuum system with cameras allowing them to show their work at the end. They needed to take apart some of the downspouts and remove clogs which many gutter firms might skip over. All debris was removed. We reviewed local pricing and they were competitive. We can now move confidently into winter knowing our gutters and downspouts are clear. Would recommend.
