Not good When would call in to speak with my lawyer he would yell at me and never seemed to answer my questions. He spoke over me. Seldom explained to me what was happening with my case. I sent MANY emails, hoping to get a written reply. Nope, always wanted to talk on the phone only. I told him several times how I wanted my truth presented and he outright refused... so in the end I lied in court. It felt like he worked for the DA. I deserved what I deserved for my one DUI... but not the hell the lawyer put me through for a second one that was a crash. Maybe getting an inexpensive online lawyer wasn't smart. I have waited five months before writing this review so I would be less angry. Imagine what I would be saying if I wrote this when he flushed me down the toilet and wanted me to admit I was dunk for a crash that was being treated like a 2nd DUI. The police officer took my blood hours later then it read a range 0.02-0.09. (My husband I re-tested this result three times: from the time it took to go from one spot to the other and drinking 2 times the amount and delayed, taking double the time to get from point a. where I took a drink (and threw it up) to point b. where I had a crash while parking). I could only breath a 0.05. I begged my lawyer to have my blood test re-done at another lab- nope he just said no. Funny too, I was told the entire arrest was being recorded. It went missing of course. I swear the lawyer was working with the DA ... Disgusting. The SCRAM Rep. (home monitoring system) actually lied on the stand and I tried to tell my lawyer- he did not care. He told me to plea guilty on the pathetic fake charge. I do not mind the punishment I got for both cases because even driving one time drunk is not ok. Still feel badly about that. But taking the rap for something I didn't do and having it on my record is BS. Paying for legal help and having your lawyer treat you like scum is not ok. This review is looking pretty epic!
