Same guy, Raul came back rude & argumentative that I had bought the wrong faucet. Finally when tightened it was as it should've been. He yelled from the kitchen while I was on phone several feet away, "Ma'am I'm done". I gave a thumbs up & told caller I had to go. I hung up & he quickly went out the door. Thinking I could wash dishes, I ran soap & the faucet had NO water- HE FORGOT TO TURN THE WATER BACK ON. I called Lowe's & Sherelle contacted Angi saying they could not come out per Vic on Angi & not able to get anyone to help & unsure of when. Sherelle contacted Lowe's Manager, Terri. The manager has no control of when or if Angi can come. Teri said could not refund the $175 for the installation job. Angi doesn't have any appointments until 3 or 4 days later per Terri. I asked for an URGENT APPOINTMENT to TURN MY WATER BACK ON, but denies her ability to do. Initially this should have been a simple visit for a modern faucet installation.... VERY FRUSTRATING & NOT HELPFUL. DO NOT DO INSTALL (s) at Lowe's that use Angi....NIGHTMARE! Lowe's won't help, because Angi is contracted to do work.
