I remember Jacci called me because I had been waiting for the new shop to open and I need a hair cut desperately. The guys working inside told her that a "big dark haired guy" was spying between the paper covered windows, I guess she told them "Oh that's only Greg, he must need a haircut". So Jacci offered to cut my hair (even though the shop was not open) and with that I became Jacci's first customer in her new shop, unofficially of course. Well her we are 2012 and Jacci is still cutting my hair and when it came time for my 2 year old daughter's first hair cut there was no place else to go. So if any of you want to throw down as to who is Jacci's # 1 customer I am ready to rock.

I went there for a simple haircut, with a photo of what I was going for: a shoulder-length bob with curtain bangs. I showed Val a photo of the cut I wanted. I received something totally different, and I live with this mess every day now. She chopped short layers, added short, thick bangs. She didn't check symmetry. Then she styled it with tight curls. I walked out of there looking like a freak. Now I'm spending the next year or 2 of my life growing these layers out. VAL: Less talking, more focus on the hair please for the sake of future customers not having to go through this. Never again for me.

They were super accommodating for my large bridal party (bride, 7 girls, and 1 mom) to have their hair done. They opened especially for us to get our hair done and brought in extra staff to help out! The girls had us all done in 2 hours! They helped order me the lip gloss I was using so that I could reapply as needed during the day. They offered the great option of paying all in full for a discount and include tip right away so that no one has to worry about bringing money along the day of. I told her I didn't want it that short, no layers and for it to be long enough to be put in a high ponytail. I got everything I did not want. Not only that, the hair cut looks horrible.
