Great location in an old warehouse with river views from the windows. I had Olivia style my hair in an updo. I showed her some pictures, and she was able to mix them all and make it gorgeous! It stayed up for the entire night! The bride went in early to practice her hair and makeup, so the day of there were no surprises. They helped attach her veil to her updo and show us how to remove it without ruining her hairstyle. All the stylists were very friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere for the morning of the Wedding day! Prices were very reasonable and fair for everything. If I lived closer this would be my go to spot for haircuts. I was in desperate need of a really good cut and color before returning to work (after maternity leave) but also wanted to maximize my time with my daughter. A friend of mine works with a lot of stylists for her job (for photoshoots, etc.) and I was telling her about my dilemma. She recommended that I call Christina because she had worked with her before AND because she does house calls. I was sold. Now, the experience: I texted Christina on a Monday evening, we talked for a few moments on the phone, she explained her process, I discussed my needs, and the next morning she was at my house with all of her gear and a Starbucks iced latte for each of us. She was THE BEST. She's completely transparent about pricing. Her prices are exactly the same as what I pay in a salon (there is no added fee for coming to your home), but the entire process is so much more fun and relaxing. We decided to touch up my roots, paint in some lighter pieces (like tortoise shell/balayage/ombre) and then bond my hair with Oraplex. Because she used the Oraplex, we only had to trim a little bit off the ends of my hair, allowing me to keep all of my length. She styled my hair with a beautiful blowout, and it lasted a solid four days! She made great recommendations the whole time, she was really efficient in every aspect of her work, and the whole experience felt much more like a fun girls' day vs. the standard salon experience. The first appointment with Lori was during COVID. Despite distancing, the staff was welcoming and attentive. They have a nice lounge room where customers can wait but both times I was retrieved for my session promptly. I am very picky about my layers but Lori was able to navigate them and give me a gorgeous cut. Mandie was training while I got my trim which demonstrates what an expert she is. The prices are higher but to me, it's worth it. One thing to note is parking. I booked my appointments during business hours on a weekday and easily parked right in front of the building. I know that street can get busy around dinner and on the weekends so you might want to plan accordingly!

Then to top it off she had Officer Michael Stone from the Thiensville Police Department drive 20 miles to Greenfield to demand payment for my hair service AGAIN My nurse was evaluating my leg because I couldn't walk while this officer almost pounded my door in.
