This is a low key salon where all the grandmas come and get their hair done. Today I came in and asked for a simple trim just to remove my split ends. I wasn't looking for anything special. She asked if I wanted her to blow dry my hair and I even said no it's okay. So I left with wet hair. When I asked how much it was for the hair cut she said $21 and something cents before tax... Oh my God! You're kidding right? Really?! I ended up giving her $25 and not asking for change. Sorry grandma, you've lost a customer... You're nice and all but if I'm gonna pay $25 for a simple trim I might as well take myself to a modern salon. Can't believe I got ripped off by grandma. Hahahaha

It was such an awful experience! Also they only take cash and that was not told to us ahead of time. We came here because they are supposed to specialize in children but they only have one specialty chair. My son was crying and upset. It was his first hair cut and she didn't do anything to try to soothe him or help him through the haircut. It would have been better to go somewhere else.

The stylist did ask what I wanted, and I showed her a reference photo, yet she still used only one guard and cut his hair much higher than requested, completely missing what was shown. The haircut felt rushed, and the lineup was badly done. Most concerning of all, she cut my son's ear, which is unacceptable and a serious safety issue at a children's salon.
