I was told by the receptionist I could come in for a free re-glaze and after driving 40 minutes back to the salon a few weeks later I was told it was going to be a full charge for the fix and without prior warning, she told me theres only a 1 week grace period for fixes. The dye should last more than 2 washes and I paid over $300 for it, just to be told a fix would be more money. Also the hair stylist admitted the color turned out more red than I originally asked for. Not to mention not speaking a word to me the entire 3 hour appointment. I will not be going back.
