The only downfall about this salon and why I'm giving it 4 stars, is because stylist seem to come and go. Well at least the ones that I always had. Anyways, the past 3 visits I've been blessed to have Paisley as my stylist. Granted all I get is a wash and trim every 6 weeks, however, Paisley has been God sent. Since going to her I've been able to retain length and not shed as much hair. My hair feels a lot softer and is more manageable. I can't speak on the other sylist at the salon currently, however, when I do come customers always leave happy. I definitely recommend this place to anyone. Whether you're natural or relaxed.

After looking for a natural hair salon for years, I booked an appointment with the Happy Hair Salon and Boutique, and I went. I have to say that this was the best hair experience I have ever had. When I got there, they had my booked appointment logged into the computer system. I arrived early and they got me started immediately. The place was clean. Everybody was professional and they had 90s R&B playing in the background. Cynthia was so patient and gentle with my natural, thick, long hair. She shampooed, deep conditioned & blow-dried it with such care. She deep conditioned it so well that she was able to finger detangle my hair during the entire blow drying process. I truly felt like I was at a spa. I felt so relaxed and I never had to worry about her damaging my hair. Also, this was the first time that I did not feel apologetic for my natural, thick, long hair. She made feel like a BEAUTIFUL QUEEN. I AM definitely going to book my next shampoo & deep conditioning with Cynthia after I take my braids out.
