He asked us if we wouldn't mind coming back and playing so he could experiment and learn how to use his new upgraded equipment. We jumped at the chance we played Lady Jane by the Stones many times in the end it sounded pretty good to us . I wish I would have gotten a copy of that ,I didn't learn till years latter I saw an add for recording associates and recognized Jay Webster ...that's the guy that recorded us. Years ago I'd backed up documents, music, etc. to external hard drives with firewire ports only…read more All that stuff was stranded when firewire became obsolete. Recording Associates transferred everything from the old drives to a modern drive. Chris and Steve are professional. They did the job perfectly, quickly, and for a reasonable fee. Also, they worked around my schedule with respect to dropping off and picking up the drives outside of normal business hours. I recommend Recording Associates for projects requiring manipulation or reformatting of audio/video.

Read the contract, since Xfinity does not honor their word. They said they would listen to the Feb. phone call, then soon after said that my complaint was closed. The foreign customer service people are lovely. The company is not.
