He replastered 2 ceiling holes, and 2 holes by my banister left by the guy who repaired it, and he repaired a huge crack in the ceiling above the stairs that I didn't even ask him to do because I thought it was hopeless. Not for JT! He also expanded a hole in my cabinet so that my new microwave cord could fit, repaired my oven door handle, installed 2 fire alarms and an exhaust fan. When the cord that came with the fan didn't reach the plug, he spliced a 3 prong extension cord and used that instead. Brilliant! He cleaned up everything.
