I've been a customer for about a year now and normally things have been fine, however today one of the budtenders said that she'd tackle and or kill me and my partner for pointing at an unsecured product in the last chance bin "too quickly", basically accusing her of attempting to steal it for basically no reason, save for my partner being the only person of color in the room at the time. This shouldn't have happened, and I hope that proper amends can be made. Seeing my favorite vape cartridge on HC website for $13 less than the normal price got me off the couch to place order. When I arrived to the shop for pick-up they told me that price was a mistake and there was nothing they could do about it with a rather rude attitude. I love this place! My husband is a disabled veteran and uses these products for a variety of issues. The staff is so knowledgeable with whatever ailment he's currently having and knows exactly what to recommend. They are just incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and give tremendous recommendations - They are fully focused on making sure that you are pleased with your visit and your purchase. I also think it's awesome that they have a growhouse attached to the dispensary; if I get flower, it's cool to know exactly where and how it was grown. Never once had an issue with prices, the staff, COVID regulations (I've read some posts about this - If asked just to wear a mask dude, what's the big deal? Not sure why you didn't have one on in the first place or thought them looking out during a global pandemic wasn't alright so let's call them rude? Grow up man...). I've never had a remotely negative experience when it comes to this place; They're just lovely and helpful and I am so perplexed by the negative comments. With that said I have a very big problem when it comes to the actual act of smoking, I'm like President Clinton I just can't inhale; so I love gummy bears....! I have always had a difficult time sleeping and a beautiful child at 'The Happy Camper' suggested gummy bears to help me sleep without the over-counter sleeping pills I was taking (killing my liver) saved my life. Let me explain, first i was not only taking sleeping pills but they where becoming non-effective so I began taking more......not good. With the gummy's I could sleep naturally and safely and not harm my organs. I realize this is probably too much information however, for a non- drug girl this was an amazing wake-up call. So for all you kids who need to calm the fuck down and do not want to take a handful of pills give a gummy a chance. read more

This place is the worst. They've been pulling the classic bait and switch for a while now with their "loyalty" program. They will set up a system of points and then reset it or change it w little or no notice after you've spent money with just them trying to be "loyal". Just had to walk out of this location, scary looking man with long hair snapped at me and told me I had touched the jar with my face and when I told him I did not he called me a liar and said that he watched me. Typically had a decent experience at this place but this guy was rude and looked like he was just hired off the street for additional security with no training whatsoever, the guy was literally laying on the counter and couldn't even stand on his own 2 feet, this place has really gone downhill during Covid. This location supports discrimination against people with conservative values. Upon entering you are told that masks are mandatory. You are then offered a disposable mask upon entering. I was told I could not receive a disposable mask upon request. I then spoke with the manager and was told to "F*** you". I've spent thousands here over the years. Every time I have been here they do not have what I need or want for edibles. The flower is OK but pricey. The staff always seems disinterested and not very friendly/helpful. Where to begin, my first experience in a cannabis shop in Denver. I was greeted by a woman representing the Happy Camper Cannabis company. I chatted with her for a while about the decision to join her son in the cannabis industry. She encouraged me into enter a raffle and take 25% off ticket. I did. While inside perusing the wares, and assembling my weekend consumables I decided to get 1g of the two concentrates Happy Camper had on the shelf. It was a Lucky Charms. I test this product in many applications from tobacco blunt wraps mixed with The Glue #1 Gold to a coiled dab burner. The best result was in the old school apple. Some shake and light pile of keif from my grinder, topped off by sweet resin, the great folks at Happy Camp took the care to collect. Once I put the flame just close enough to heat the resins to vapor. Upon inhaling the pungent smoke mixed with the cool early March air, I realized, every cannabis consumer on Earth should experience the wonders of this product. I exhale the smoke nasally, to reveal the most pleasant pine/citrusy notes. I can't wait to try the other items on their product line. read more

First time in Colorado. To say i was excited about visiting a dispensary would be an understatement. My uncle lives in Conifer, so my parents and I took the short drive down to Bailey and up the hill to the Happy Camper. I already loved the place based on the name, but when I went inside I loved it even more. I was greeted by two young women, who were clearly enthusiastic about their jobs, and why wouldn't they be? I wish I'd caught their names because they were awesome ladies. I asked one of the ladies what the difference was between the many beautiful sativa and indica flowers and she explained the types of highs I should expect from both and gave me personal recommendations on which ones she liked the best, no doubt trying them all. I learned about the edibles, also, and eventually settled on a survival kit with a chillum and three grams of sour pink grapefruit all for $50. A fantastic deal as far as I'm concerned.
