Found this dispensary while trying to find a new place as I'm new to the area. The check in process is as fairly simple and the prices are reasonable. My only complaint about this place: when I got home, found my flower is super dry and the cartridge I bought of their "specific" strain doesn't even work with multiple batteries. I used to love this place the owner/manager is very professional and knows a lot about chemistry and over all knowledge of the plants/flower they always had great deals on wax n oz but the past 6 months the girls in there are down right mean girls rude and they always say "we don't have that deal now" " we have been bababa BS" then u show them the coupon n they still act like it's $60 more than the coupon and after buying a few times I realized even tho I paid $200 cash to them at checkout I got home n noticed on the recipe it only said $126 after tax so did I get ripped off again by them and at first it was only 1 girl doing it but last time I was there another new girl did the same thing so I guess it's a trend to steal from there place of employment now I'll never go again witch is a shame because I used to love there stuff!;( Rude Stealing your money Not a good look read more

This place is legit. I wanted to shop and stop again on my last day in town on vacation and regret it now. It for sure has better quality than some of the more expensive shops in Denver. Closed before 9pm on a Saturday? I don't know why the hours are posted on the door, they close whenever they feel like it. If you call, they NEVER answer the phone. Not sure if I've EVER been treated more rudely in any store. I put in an online order, got a text it was ready, and when I got there suddenly it didn't exist - and one of the strains that was supposedly fulfilled the guy said they hadn't had in months. Then they didn't want to honor their pricing on their own website - when I protested and the guy got his manager, the rudeness literally increased exponentially. When he tried to tell me that price was for shake, I said, "it doesn't say it was for shake", and he literally said, "it doesn't say it WASN'T for shake, either!" He used every excuse imaginable not to honor their advertised price, from "the owner doesn't speak English" to "we have problems with the ordering system" - which is Dutchie, lots of dispensaries use it without problems, so I'm calling user error on that. Then when he finally agreed to sell the product at the advertised price, he said, "you know how if you can't say anything nice you should walk away? Well I'm gonna walk away". Unprofessional, childish, and rude. I honestly thought I'd found my new dispensary from the looks of the prices on the site, but as I see from other reviews, that's just all bait and switch, what a shame. I worked customer service for years and I'm nice to everyone as a result, I would have gotten fired at every job if I pulled even half the shit these entitled little bros did. I had a great experience when I visited for some champagne shatter on sale. Everyone was super friendly and helpful even with the whole mask thing and social distancing. Ordered 4 suckers and a joint online that came out to $46 out the door. Great deal, ($5.00 a sucker) stated online. I arrived to pick up my order only to find out they're out of flavors I order, and the price out the door was (11.00) each, not ($5.00), which then came out to over ($70.00) .Now don't get me wrong, they have great bud(although expensive), but the staff there were just not friendly in general. They started getting combative stating it was a typo online, and I just tried to calmly state sh*t happens and have a good day. There was a particular woman there that just over all looks like she's having a crappy day. She needs a happy pill or something but man the overall the vibe being inside that place was really off. I hope they update their pricing and do their jobs in the future, and I will happily return. This place is either scamming people or just don't even know their own pricing. This place recently changed their policy or rather their system for their loyalty points. I've been racking up points there for nearly 2 years... apparently those points just, disappear. They sent out a txt message informing customers of this, but those points are simply gone now and they won't honor them. That's a terrible way to do business and keep your loyal customer base. I never ever got to use my points because I've been saving them for awhile to get the 8 free grams of wax and I was nearly there, I guess they don't care about keeping their customers or they would've at least allowed customers to use their existing point base. With all the choices in the industry to shop at and all the deals this is really stupid. Not shopping here anymore. Big fail to a place that used to be awesome read more

Drove all the way from Colorado Springs after seeing a great deal on the website. Arrived at 9:40pm they would not let me in. website said closes at 9:50pm the door sign said closes at 9:45pm and the banner out front said closes at 10pm. Hands down the cheapest buds in Denver! only place I know of that I can get a $92 pretax rec oz every single day of the week. Staff is friendly and helpful and the bud quality is primo with a fairly large choice selection for the size of the place. only downside is the place is a little small and the waiting room can get a little crowded at peak times but it's well worth it for the great prices! read more

Every time I call this location they're unable to answer the phone and I go to voicemail almost each time I actually bother to show up they do not have their sale anymore and they try to sell me on the highest priced ounce they have whenever I call the high Street location they answer within half the time, let alone at all not sure what's going on at this location but they should be a lot more like high Street. read more

The Lodge is always my go to dispensary. They have a super friendly staff, and the wait to get in is usually never more than 3 minutes and everyone there is very knowledgeable about their products. The lodge also has a member rewards program that is really nice and can get you great stuff! Their prices are low and the product is top shelf. read more

This used to be our favorite place (moved here 3 years ago) when it was champion cannabis. Once it became the Lodge it's been going down hill hard. There's only 1 girl that seems like she likes her job and actually takes the time to answer your questions (the teenie weenie's owner). The fact that they put out deals and then never know what they are or rarely honor them is one thing. But the last 2 times I've been in they haven't even had the majority of what was being advertised as deals. When the deal is supposed to be good for a few days it gets annoying. This morning I called prior to wasting my time and listened to them decide if the text I received was correct or not (8gr concentrate for $80, they were trying to say it was $99). They actually did have the deal and did honor the $80, but when I got home I only had 7 concentrates. That was pretty much the last straw; clearly since I'm leaving a review. First of all the guy that "helped" me tried taking the people that just walked in prior to myself and the other gentleman that had been waiting. Second he only gave me 7 out of 8 concentrates. Third he was rude and just no attempt of interaction. I'll definitely be going to the Stone, Kaya cannabis, MMJAmerica, or literally anywhere else after this. Just straight up stole from me read more
