I made an exception for the ones I bought because I try to never go into a store and not buy at least one thing. Always trying to keep the indie comic places around with one book at a time. This section explains why the store got 4 and not 5 from me. Is it worth chancing out? Absolutely! Oh... do not use the address in Yelp. It's wrong. Use Google or Waze.

It's a fun trip down memory lane, though it doesn't fully capture the magic of the original stores from the 80s and 90s. The store is now franchised rather than corporately owned, which changes the feel a bit. Prices are on the higher side, and while there are some interesting and unique items, there weren't many Toys"R"Us exclusives beyond a Geoffrey the Giraffe pop. Still, the store is clean, organized, and has plenty to explore, whether you're a collector, a parent, or just a kid at heart. First, this place is near industrial park so it is a journey to navigate to find this hidden gem. Once you find it, you got to find the outlet entrance is way in back. There is a small awning with Mattel store where you will see double doors to open to pallets of toys. There are bathrooms to the side and also baskets and carts. Signs will tell you what the sale is going on and also limited edition toys will have separate signs on discount and limits. Generous discounts but do your homework on Amazon to make sure you are getting better deal since a lot of toys are retired. American girls and Barbie's have limited editions if your girls are fans. We noticed the latest movie toys like he-man has smaller discount but still decent selection. There is random rack with clothing and bags which is different. My son loves hot wheels and Minecraft and some of the things we haven't seen on clearance. If you need help, workers are there to help which is nice. Also inventory changes as the doors in the back goes to the factory floor so they will bring new items on pallet to mark down. Harvey has launched this place to new heights and has been friendly to all involved (He is a great Dungeon Master for D&D, especially for the little ones new to the game). The place is kept tidy, and and all is organized in an effective manner for your comic searching pleasure. In terms of stock for things other than comics, they have a selection that I see as mediocre at best at times, though this is likely due to supply and demand, especially now considering everything going on. Necessary D&D minis were sometimes hard to come across even before this. Overall, the Multiverse is a great place to stop in my experience. Little bricks EVERYWHERE and in all sorts of bins on both levels. Also has so many totes full of bricks on shelves. They also have a LOT of the small Lego figurines. 4 stars for the staff, friendly, but shortly maned. We stood at the counter to purchase a few items for quit some time. 2 stars for pricing on the box items. Some of the items in this store had almost a 40-50% mark up. One item that we recently purchased at a box chain store was $20 more at this store than it was where we purchased it. EEK! They do have a lot of premade items in glass shelves, a lot of Star Wars items, all are a gem to look at, as it gives a better perspective of the actual size of the boxed items. Another point that should be recognized, this is a family owned store that sales Legos products, they are not an actual Legos store. Something to keep in mind when you purchase items at the given mark up. Being a specialty shop, they only pay the bills from the sale of Legos, and nothing else. It's worth supporting these guys to keep them in business. One thing they do have, is a build your own model, which is a great option for children parties and such.
