A person needs to be proactive if you hire him which is pointless... he gets 1/3 and I had to obtain documents that was part of his job. Him and his staff doesnt properly review paperwork that they receive. In my daughter's case, the defendant's attorney submitted paperwork with my daughter's name wrong, he submits it to the court and the court does not accept it which further delays everything. In my case he never submitted the other driver's driving absract to arbritration which showed the other driver had a suspended license. Before he gave it to me to review he said the reason why he didnt submit it was because the driver had a valid license. Accident date was 10/6/11.. the license became valid on 10/7/11 after the other driver paid the fines. So obviously him nor anyone in his office picked up the different dates... Request copies of documents/motions/petitions submitted to court.

Throughout the claims process, I have experienced repeated delays that have prevented my claim from progressing in a reasonable manner. In addition to these delays, I have encountered errors that required correction and further delayed the processing of my claim. Despite my efforts to obtain updates and clarification, communication has frequently been limited, inconsistent, or nonexistent, leaving me uncertain about the status of my claim and the actions being taken on my behalf. I have now received a second request to sign the release packet because my first attempt "wasn't a valid signature" even though it was done through a notary. All I had was really some basic questions, and a few paragraphs for Joe to read. I was told over the phone, by Joe, that it would be between $350 and $550. Wouldn't you know it, the few paragraphs were read, basic questions about business answered, and this professional with more than 40 years in the field charged the max her told me. I should have gone with the other options, and the only reason i stuck with Joe, was that he was a recommendation, but gave no courtesy in the least. He charged more than an hour, that should have taken 30 mins for someone with his credentials. I am sure he is happy trying to take the most out of the pockets of people just trying to start out. If he was willing to do this to a referral, he is willing to do this even more so if you are not a referral. Please keep this in mind when making your decision.

They are doing this to all customers who publish their honest experience on Yelp and Google. This has been reported to Yelp and Google and they are at risk of losing their profile on both platforms. They also have a flag on their account from Yelp for threatening other users when they publish honest reviews which is against policy. I and others had a bad experience and shouldn't be retaliated against by sharing customers personal information. This speaks to the character of Leslie H. Tayne. They recorded me without my knowledge and were unprofessional. Be cautious out there.
